Chef de Partie / Line Cook
THE POSITION:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation
- Manage and oversee a specific station in the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Understanding of Korean and/or Taiwanese cuisines are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler’s certification
- Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
- Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours
- Must be able to move 50 pounds at time
- Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
