Chef de Partie / Line Cook

THE POSITION:

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation
  • Manage and oversee a specific station in the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Understanding of Korean and/or Taiwanese cuisines are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler’s certification
  • Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
  • Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours
  • Must be able to move 50 pounds at time
  • Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
