About Us

We opened Yeobo, Darling in June 2025—a neighborhood fine dining restaurant where we celebrate the duality of our heritage. After owning and operating one Michelin star Maum, we wanted to create a space that honors both our Korean and Taiwanese culinary traditions with equal reverence.

At Yeobo, Darling, we preserve the authentic flavors and techniques passed down through our families' generations while crafting innovative dishes that tell our unique cultural story. Each plate bridges two rich traditions, reflecting who we are and where we come from.

Yeobo (여보) is a traditional Korean term of endearment meaning "come take a look"—it symbolizes the attention, care, and familiarity we reserve for those most cherished. We've built our restaurant around this spirit of hospitality, where every guest experiences the warmth of a homecoming embrace while forging meaningful connections over shared meals.

We created this gathering place to bridge cultures, generations, and experiences. Through our food, we affirm our identity while creating a sense of belonging for all who enter our doors.
